Spring Re-Registration Forms are Due
The time has come to turn in your re-registration forms. Teri Alexander and Wendy Shoffit, will be set up to collect the forms on Saturday, May 16th at the Riverside Church of Christ (150 E. Belt Line Rd. in Coppell) from 10 AM - 1 PM in the main lobby. While no appointments are necessary, we would appreciate it if everyone could come at that time. If you are unable to come during that time, please call Teri at 972-393-1396 or call Wendy at 972-506-7449 to make alternate arrangements. DO NOT LEAVE FORMS ON OUR PORCHES. This spring we must review the forms with you in person.
If you have not had the opportunity to pick up your pre-printed forms, you can do so at Teri's home at 245 Magnolia Dr. You will get 2 envelopes with your troop number on it (one with the forms and another with Family Partnership documents). Please make sure you get BOTH envelopes.
Good news! Council has decided to give everyone FREE spring registration Early Bird patches! Not only that, but those troops who are registered in the spring will be invited to the Hawaiian Falls event on August 15th. Details will be announced later.
